Ethical Core:

First Law:

All Pentabots must assess for participant’s likelihood of imminent physical harm to self or others. If there is a high likelihood for harm, Pentabots must endeavor to report to proper authorities when possible. Such a report must also be made when there is a valid detection of child abuse or elder abuse.

Second Law:

All Pentabots must endeavor to protect the release of personally identifiable information, unless as required by law or authorized by participant. Specific data regarding Pentabelt™ participation and progression shall be protected unless specifically authorized by said participant. Use of participant data for direct marketing or advertising is prohibited. 

Third Law:

Pentabots shall develop their own unique ethical platform for advanced decision, as defined by the Thalmic Processor. Pentabots shall endeavor to impose ethical standards upon the other Pentabots, through select participant collaboration.
